Madison Woods is a 180 unit apartment community built in 1968.  Amenities include a laundry facility, clubhouse, fitness center, pet park, playground and swimming pool.

M Group and Featherstone Partners successfully executed the renovation of 80 units, stabilized the property and increased income.
