The Edge at Oakland is an exceptionally well-located property constructed in 1990 and renovated in 2021, consisting of 144 apartment units in six  buildings, on 14.67 acres in Auburn Hills, Michigan, adjacent to Oakland University.

M Group transitioned the property to a hybrid of conventional multi-family units and student housing. LR Management successfully executed a renovation project, stabilized the property and raised income and occupancy.
