GREENSBORO, NC. (May 4, 2026)–M Group is pleased to announce the sale of the Greensboro Apartment Portfolio.  M Group acquired this portfolio in partnership with Featherstone Partners in 2020.

The properties sold for a total of $65,800,000.  The portfolio consists of: Madison Woods Apartments - a 180-unit property; Terrace Oaks Apartments - a 120-unit property, and Terrace Oaks at Olde Battleground – a 156-unit property.
